This was our first service with Mike Morello in 2023.Our ac failed in 95 degree weather and we were a new customer calling on a Saturday morning on the recommendation of our neighbor. They arrived in less than 2 hrs and quickly diagnosed our problem. Repair parts were ordered and professionally installed. Costs were very reasonable. All in all we are we are very pleased and highly recommend Mike Morello for hvac service.December 1, 2025This time our 9 year old HVAC system completely failed and was unrepairable. The next day Mike Morello was here and installed a brand new Carrier System. Coleman and Dylan removed the old system and installed the new one in one day. They were knowledgeable, professional and made the entire process very pleasant. We are very pleased with the excellent job they did.

I called early in the morning to see if someone could come out due to a clogged line. The person who answered the phone was so sweet and even offered to give me step by step instructions to do it myself with a shop vac. She offered me a same day appointment. Connor arrived and was absolutely amazing. Since we had just bought the house a few months back he gave me a quick run down of the equipment and list of to do’s. After reaching out to get a second estimate on a new AC unit, Connor came out and ran some tests, checked some lines, the pressure and a few other things and suggested blowing out the lines instead of replacing the unit first. Well, lo and behold, The unit Kickstarted and started running like new. He told us we would probably get a few more years on it but told us that if it DOES stop working, that Morello would apply the cost of the fee today towards the new unit. HE SAVED US 6000PLUS DOLLARS! They installed the unit for us upstairs two years ago so it was a no brainer to contact them for this one. And after this, I refuse to call anyone else. I'll use them for the cleaning too!

I had Mike Morello Heating and Air come and do a service check and cleaning. My neighbor had recommended them. The technician Johnny came out today, cleaned outside unit, drain line, Inside unit, and drains. He checked all electrical values and pressures. He was very thorough, and professional. I’ve had many companies in the past say they’re going to clean and service everything but only look for reasons to sell you a new unit.
