Mike Morello made us a customer for life. Honest company with real service that will treat you like a human. No shady salesman accompanying their technicians trying to sell you things you don’t need! What a relief.We had a horrible experience being overcharged and taken advantage of by another outfit before we called MM. After having issues for weeks, We had enough amd decided to call Mike Morello. Had had a quote to replace our system the same day that was almost 300% less expensive than our previous company tried to quote us!!The service was completed the next morning exactly as they said with no surprises.Now our house is nice and cool and we put this issue behind us, hopefully for several years, all thanks to Mike Morello hvac!

We have used Morello for our entire 5 1/2 years! They have provided a regular move service, have replace our old furnace/ AC unit, and today ( outside Temp equal to feels like 100+), our AC quit working. Called about 4:00, and were told they’d be here B4 9:00. Johnny showed up about 6:00, and within 15 minutes he found the issue and fixed it! Very professional and efficient in his efforts! Excellent service, very positive attitude, and we continue to be very pleased with our Morello service folks! So dependable, excellent customer service, and always very professional and effective!! The unit inside my house stopped running. The temperature climb. It was Sunday. I called the office and left a message. The next day I got a call first thing in the morning. A technician was scheduled to come out June 11. It was June 9. Jonathan Antunes came to my house June 11. I explained what had happened. He informed me what the issue was. A part had to be replaced. The part came in June 15. Installation of the part was scheduled for June 16. I was happy to see Jonathan was the technician that was sent . Installation of a new Lennox 14.7 seer2 5ton Heat Pump. Installation was completed on time as scheduled. However, after being set-up by crew and reviewed with us the unit continued to run non stop for two days. Repair tech returned and found what appeared to be a non connected wire. Situation was corrected and unit now working correctly.Corrective actions were timely and company managers were quick to follow up and address my concerns..

As a new resident to Palm Coast, I noticed that most of the residents in my community use Morello A/C. This was our first service with Mike Morello in 2023.Our ac failed in 95 degree weather and we were a new customer calling on a Saturday morning on the recommendation of our neighbor. They arrived in less than 2 hrs and quickly diagnosed our problem. Repair parts were ordered and professionally installed. Costs were very reasonable. All in all we are we are very pleased and highly recommend Mike Morello for hvac service.December 1, 2025This time our 9 year old HVAC system completely failed and was unrepairable. The next day Mike Morello was here and installed a brand new Carrier System. Coleman and Dylan removed the old system and installed the new one in one day. I called early in the morning to see if someone could come out due to a clogged line. The person who answered the phone was so sweet and even offered to give me step by step instructions to do it myself with a shop vac. She offered me a same day appointment. Connor arrived and was absolutely amazing. Since we had just bought the house a few months back he gave me a quick run down of the equipment and list of to do’s. After reaching out to get a second estimate on a new AC unit, Connor came out and ran some tests, checked some lines, the pressure and a few other things and suggested blowing out the lines instead of replacing the unit first. Well, lo and behold, The unit Kickstarted and started running like new. He told us we would probably get a few more years on it but told us that if it DOES stop working, that Morello would apply the cost of the fee today towards the new unit. HE SAVED US 6000PLUS DOLLARS! They installed the unit for us upstairs two years ago so it was a no brainer to contact them for this one. And after this, I refuse to call anyone else. I'll use them for the cleaning too!
