I just had the most terrific experience with Don, my HVAC tech. When my “simple 10 minute fix” (I thought!) turned into a tough, complicated, dirty job that took well over an hour, Don was unfazed and became my hero! He pulled in all of his resources to diagnose the problem, and then worked tirelessly to fix it. As promised a crew came this afternoon to repair a leaking problem with the air conditioner from the drain pipe. They found the problem and made the repairs. Don and Joe did a great job. I was running late and the technician told me it wasn’t a problem and that they would wait (thank you).. when I got home they were patiently waiting and did not have my driveway blocked making sure I could get into my drive way (thank you)… the technician brought my newspaper which was at the bottom of my driveway up to my front door while he was waiting for me to come home. (Thank you)… the men were very thorough, they cleaned the outdoor system and inside equipment as well, and made sure things were running smoothly (thank you). These gentlemen had the best customer service skills that I have seen in quite some time. And they completed the job which they were here to do without any hiccups.What a WONDERFUL company!

I signed up for the semi-annual maintenance for A/C. Don and Joe were very thorough. They flushed the system, replaced the filter, cleaned coils, cleared some brush, checked the Freon and so much more. Twice a year for $139 seems like a great deal.

I called Mike Morello Inc. yesterday morning because their sticker was on my A/C unit as the company that serviced the unit before I purchased the home. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional! She updated the account with my information and she was very accommodating when setting my appointment. She worked around my schedule to get someone to my home after I got off. Gabe was the technician that came to my home. He called to make sure I was there and let me know he would be there soon. Don came out today to perform maintenance on my AC unit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was meticulous with his work, paying attention to detail. He shared knowledge to help me take care of the AC drain from plugging up.I have used Morello for the past year and a half since moving to Ormond Beach. They replaced a capacitor, serviced the AC/ furnace four times, and cleaned our air ducts. I am very pleased with their performance and customer service. When something broke, they came out within a day to repair the item. I would highly recommend Mike Morello for AC/furnace work.

This was our first ever experience with Mike morello after having a not-so-great experience with another local company. I am so so thankful we chose them. Don came out and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He definitely went way above the call of duty, he spent hours here cleaning up our system. The last company left behind a huge mess. Even left a hammer inside the system, believe it or not. Any ways. It literally looked brand new when he was done with it. I was shocked. I insisted he take a tip but he wouldn’t even take it. Seriously such a great guy. I’ll definitely be requesting him specifically in the future, but.. judging by the way they run things.. I bet all the guys are great.
