We just had the most positive experience with Chris from Mike Morello’s.Chris came to look at our duct work as we were having cooling problems in our back bedroom. He went above and beyond and explained all our alternatives. He was not pushing for us for any particular one but explained each option so carefully and intelligently. In this heat he was even up in the attic to the very back examine all the duct work. This company has always been wonderful to deal with and we wouldn’t use any other.Thank you for wonderful knowledgeable and helpful employees. Big kudos again to Chris.John and Carol Holton.

A tech from Mike Morello came out to our house yesterday and was able to diagnose our AC issue and quickly fix the problem with a dirty coil. After 3 days of the house being almost 100 degrees it was a very welcome and much appreciated fix. We also signed up with them for the twice yearly maintenance program! We can’t thank you enough!!

We have had a service contract with Morello since we moved into our house in 2011. They are very reliable, reasonable and trustworthy. Just the other day our thermostat stopped working. They had someone come out the same day and replace the thermostat. Easy peasy. Highly recommend to any and all!Lindsay and Linda Johnson

Update: January 2025David M arrived for our scheduled check up on our HVAC. David, as all other Mike Morello techs was absolutely terrific and explained everything he did during the 45 minutes he was here. Mike Morello, Inc is as dependable as the sun coming up in the morning. Thank you!Ten years ago, my wife and I retired to Palm Coast, Florida and have depended on Mike Morello's outstanding services since then. This afternoon was another excellent maintenance visit with a young man by the name of Tyler. What can we say other than Tyler was highly professional, very courteous, and efficient while he was here.Tyler reassured us that our system is in excellent condition and reviewed all the diagnostic steps he took while he was here.My wife and I are seniors and trust Morello technicians for their expertise and kindness. Please accept our sincere appreciation we have for your company's integrity and service.Update July 2026:Once again, we were blessed to have Tyler W, our technician from Mike Morello, Inc, visit our home and service our HVAC.As it is with all Morello technicians, Tyler was outstanding and highly professional in every respect. So much like all the Morello team, service and dependabity are paramount to this company and very much the reason we have appreciated them for the past ten years. Mike Morello made us a customer for life. Honest company with real service that will treat you like a human. No shady salesman accompanying their technicians trying to sell you things you don’t need! What a relief. We had a horrible experience being overcharged and taken advantage of by another outfit before we called MM. After having issues for weeks, We had enough amd decided to call Mike Morello. Had had a quote to replace our system the same day that was almost 300% less expensive than our previous company tried to quote us!!The service was completed the next morning exactly as they said with no surprises. Now our house is nice and cool and we put this issue behind us, hopefully for several years, all thanks to Mike Morello hvac!

The unit inside my house stopped running. The temperature climb. It was Sunday. I called the office and left a message. The next day I got a call first thing in the morning. A technician was scheduled to come out June 11. It was June 9. Jonathan Antunes came to my house June 11. I explained what had happened. He informed me what the issue was. A part had to be replaced. The part came in June 15. Installation of the part was scheduled for June 16. I was happy to see Jonathan was the technician that was sent . He is a very pleasant man, very courteous, as well as professional. My entire experience was outstanding because of this young man. Thank you Jonathan for everything.

Installation of a new Lennox 14.7 seer2 5ton Heat Pump. Installation was completed on time as scheduled. However, after being set-up by crew and reviewed with us the unit continued to run non stop for two days. Repair tech returned and found what appeared to be a non connected wire. Situation was corrected and unit now working correctly.Corrective actions were timely and company managers were quick to follow up and address my concerns..

We’ve been using Mike Morello service for the past few years/service contract. Most of the time the technician did what he had to do and left as quickly as possible. BUT this time, they sent a technician named Donald who was just excellent and very conscientious. Very happy to have dealt with him as he took his time and did what he had to do. Even helped seal the area where the filter went. If i had my choice I would have Don here every time……….Thanks Don!

Mike Morello was recommended by several of our friend’s & neighbors so we decided to give them a try after being with a previous company for ten years. The previous company had to many staff changes and we got so many different suggestions and pricing seemed very high. Will and Bill installed our new Trane system. Both were very professional and answered all and any questions we had about the new unit as we were switching brands. They also did a great job cleaning up any and all debris. We look forward to a long term reliable relationship with our Trane & M. Morello.

I called early in the morning to see if someone could come out due to a clogged line. The person who answered the phone was so sweet and even offered to give me step by step instructions to do it myself with a shop vac. She offered me a same day appointment. Connor arrived and was absolutely amazing. Since we had just bought the house a few months back he gave me a quick run down of the equipment and list of to do’s. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Extremely reasonable service done by professionals. I highly recommend Mike Morello!
Christina Costa
16:03 06 Aug 25
After reaching out to get a second estimate on a new AC unit, Connor came out and ran some tests, checked some lines, the pressure and a few other things and suggested blowing out the lines instead of replacing the unit first. Well, lo and behold, The unit Kickstarted and started running like new. He told us we would probably get a few more years on it but told us that if it DOES stop working, that Morello would apply the cost of the fee today towards the new unit. HE SAVED US 6000PLUS DOLLARS! They installed the unit for us upstairs two years ago so it was a no brainer to contact them for this one. And after this, I refuse to call anyone else. I'll use them for the cleaning too!

Energy Calculations
An Energy Calculation evaluates the home’s construction, insulation, windows, doors, HVAC system, and other factors to determine how the home is expected to perform.
Energy calculations help with:
- New construction permitting
- HVAC system sizing
- Florida energy-code compliance
- Equipment selection
- Energy-efficiency planning
Proper HVAC sizing matters. A system that is too large or too small can affect comfort, humidity control, efficiency, and overall performance.
Why choose Us
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We pride ourselves on delivering HVAC services with a satisfaction guarantee, ensuring exceptional quality, reliability, and complete customer happiness every time.

We offer top-quality HVAC services at affordable pricing, ensuring homeowners receive exceptional value without compromising on comfort or efficiency.

Always on Time
At Mike Morello Inc., our HVAC professionals are always punctual, respecting your time and ensuring prompt service to keep your home comfortable without delays.
Blower Door Testing
A Blower Door Test measures the amount of unintended air leakage in a home. A calibrated fan creates a controlled pressure difference, allowing us to measure how tightly the home is sealed.
Testing can identify air leakage around:
- Doors and windows
- Attic access
- Electrical and plumbing penetrations
- Recessed lighting
- Duct and mechanical penetrations
- Other areas of the building envelope
A properly sealed home can improve comfort, energy efficiency, and humidity control while helping the HVAC system perform as designed.
From Permit to Certificate of Occupancy
For new construction, these services are an important part of the building process:
Energy Calculation → Permit → Construction → Blower Door Test → Certificate of Occupancy
With our HVAC experience, we understand how the building envelope and HVAC system work together to create a comfortable, efficient home.
